SHIPPING & DELIVERY
All orders are expertly packaged, prepared, and shipped within one business day of ordering. We offer FREE shipping to over 150+ countries worldwide and the typical delivery time frame is between 10-20 business days
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information.

If you order multiple different Products from one of Our Stores, please be aware that your Products may arrive to your location in Separate Shipments. Occasionally, packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as customs or postal delays.

RETURNS
You have 30 days to return an item from the date that you purchase it.
To be eligible for a return, the product that you purchased must be unused, still in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you purchased it.
We require the original receipt or proof of purchase to be eligible for a return.

REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once we have received your item, we will let you know that we’ve received it and that we are in the process of evaluating if it’s in the same condition as when it was delivered to you. We will let you know the status of your refund as soon as we have finished inspecting your returned product.
Once your refund is processed and approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

SHIPPING RETURNS
You will be responsible for paying the costs of shipping your item back to us. The costs of shipping are non-refundable and non-negotiable. If you are issued a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from it.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet
